Gender equality recently and until now has become a problem that exists in the scope of everyday life. No exception in the realm of the campus world, especially the student organization environment. Injustice exists in forms such as the marginalization of women. Women are often faced with conditions of exclusion from the surrounding environment. Then subordinating the form of injustice, this event considers one gender to be more important or more important than the other gender. In other words, they feel the most capable or know everything, so they look at others with one eye.

From the problems above, the author also writes in his journal a problem by conducting research with interviews from several sources who are members of campus organizations. They provide arguments about a leader. Because men are priests who have a firm and powerful nature or can be called people power, compared to women who have gentle and compassionate characteristics. And they think that angry men are a form of assertiveness, while women are angry with emotional forms, so we can see that the standard for an assessment of behavior is different, but that assessment belongs to judging women.

So from that it can be seen that this is outside the realm of the concept of gender, which does not look at the physique of being able to lead a campus organization or so on. But how does someone have the capacity and competence that exist in these individuals regardless of gender background. No action can judge each individual alone. Regarding justice and gender equality in leading an organization, one should be able to use a competency as a benchmark that is owned by the individual himself without physically involving it.
